From the beginning design phase through to the completion of your house and landscaping, The accounting details will be looked after by our full time accounting and administration staff.
Once construction has begun we provide regular progress reports along with photos so you can stay up to date on the process. Enjoy the exclusivity while you can! Huatulco is an evolving tourist destination, which was re-discovered in the 1980´s by the Mexican government in a country -wide search for the newest integrally planned beach resort to help boost the economy of the region.
The Bays
Huatulco´s greatest attractions are the bays themselves. Tangolunda, Chahue, Santa Cruz, El Organo, El Maguey, Cacaluta, Chachacual and San Agustin. Most of the bays harbor isolated beaches with soft sand and clear azure water thriving with marine life, unblemished by pollution. The air is fresh and scented with the spicy smell of tropical foliage. One of the unique aspects of the bays is that they are hidden from view from each other - a true get away experience.
Tangolunda is the most impressive and developed of the bays with six modern resorts. It is home to the Dreams, Barcelo, Las Brisas, Camino Real, Crown Pacific and Quinta Real resorts. It encompasses five beaches and a myriad of water sports. The Tangolunda Golf Course, a Par 72 course, measures almost seven thousand yards and is known to be one of the best courses in Mexico.
The second developed Bay is Santa Cruz which includes the village of Santa Cruz. This is the main settlement of the area and is the location of a marina. Boat excursions that explore the nine bays typically depart from here and it also has a large pier that enables Cruise ships to dock for the day.
The largest of the bays is Chahue, located between Tangolunda and Santa Cruz, and features three long stretches of beach. This is to be the next area developed including a marina and more hotels to compliment the three that currently exist.
The remainders of the bays are still works in progress, but until such time as development takes over you want to find your perfect little cove where you can rest, relax, and forget about life for a while.
Exploring the bays, each with its own unique natural beauty, is a favorite pastime, and there are a variety of ways to do that. Discover most of the bays on a tour by catamaran, sailboat or yacht; find your way through the jungle to one of the unspoiled beaches on the saddle of a horse or an ATV; glide along the shore on a windsurf board, a hobie cat, or a sail boat or simply take your towel and disappear to one of the many hidden beaches.
